We found this home to be every bit as nice as the pictures and description indicate. Spacious enough for our group of six adults and two young children. We really enjoyed all the extra amenities, and checking in/out was a breeze. The host was extremely responsive and responded quickly to all our questions.

We loved our stay. The property, appliances, and other facilities, were new, and felt tastefully setup. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The owner was super responsive and was in constant communication with us. Our family loved it and kids are already asking us when we are going there again!

We loved that the main living room was so open and the layout was great and the beds comfortable. The hot tub and breakfast bar were also fun. The owners provided a lot of useful information about the area and instructions about the property.

By far the nicest, most thought out vacation rental we have ever stayed in. I chose this space originally because we were bringing 4 kids (ages 2-10) and the garage looked like a fun space for them to play. On top of that the house had toys, a high chair, 2 extra twin size sleeping mats, a travel crib, kids plastic plates/cups/bowls, bath toys, and even a stepping stool for the kids in the main bath. We are hoping to return again in the future.

It's easy because we use your existing listing. On Airbnb we will add ourselves as a co-host and both have access to the listing. On Vrbo we will temporarily replace you as the owner of the listing, but you will still have access.
Yes, most contracts have an end or cancel clause. We can look at that with you and strategize the best way to end your current contract with the least hassle and lost revenue.
We are not location specific, but primarily focus on vacation markets in the western US.
No, our partnership agreement has no term length. The relationship can be ended by either party with a written 30-day notice.
All properties we work with will need Schlage Encode door locks and Ring Doorbell cameras. We sometimes will also use Ring cameras around the exterior of the home depending on the need.
We also often use StayFi wireless routers which allow us to legally collect guest contact information for marketing purposes.
Up to you! At a minimum, we will send you a monthly report. We are also happy to have a routine monthly call to review. We can copy you on all booking emails if you'd like (some people like to see it, others prefer just a monthly summary). Additionally, you will have access to the listings and can review bookings and communication at any time.
If you do not already have a team, we will advertise locally for cleaners and home maintenance professionals with experience in short-term rentals. We contact the applicants, conduct the interviews, and hire them on your behalf (you are welcome to be involved in this or leave it to us). We have systems and processes in place for managing these support teams to ensure high-quality work.
We use a channel manager called Hospitable to ensure bookings and messages sync between platforms. We use Pricelabs, which is the best dynamic pricing software on the market. We also use MarketMySTR for our off-platform marketing.
This is up to the owners. In properties we own, we generally do not allow pets since it's so much more work for the cleaning team and almost impossible to fully remove signs of pets (hair, scratches, etc).
We will inventory and manage them for you, so this is not something you need to think about.
